he PCTT provides users with an electronic payment service that allows for the online payment of transactions offered by the PCTT. The PCTT is only granted authorization to charge the user’s Card for the relevant transaction conducted. The PCTT and its contracted service providers shall maintain strict confidentiality in relation to any card information that is provided by a customer to facilitate an online transaction.
A transaction fee (“Convenience Fee”) may be charged for each transaction conducted using our online payment Service.
The Convenience Fee will be disclosed to you prior to making an online payment and you will be given the option of not proceeding with the payment and transaction if you do not wish to pay the Convenience Fee. We will only process the transaction if you agree to pay the Convenience Fee.
It is to be noted that if you do not wish to pay the Convenience Fee, there are alternative methods to make payments such as in person at The PCTT with cash and/or cheques
